Located within a historic chateau in Bordeaux, The Lavender Courtyard was designed as a sensory escape for hotel guests. The client envisioned a garden that would evoke the romance of southern France while serving as a multifunctional space for dining, events, and quiet reflection.

We curated a planting scheme centered around lavender, rosemary, and climbing roses, complemented by limestone pathways and antique fountains. Discreet lighting was integrated into hedges and pergolas to create a magical ambiance after sunset. The courtyard also includes a seasonal herb garden used by the hotel’s kitchen.

This landscape project enhances the guest experience and reinforces the brand’s identity as a destination rooted in elegance, wellness, and cultural authenticity.
